Flat Rate Shipping
Shipping costs suck, huh? We wanna help you out with that :). We are now offering standard shipping of $6.00 for any order over $75! Rates will automatically appear in your cart at checkout. NOTE: These flat standard rates ship ground and apply to domestic orders only, so please plan accordingly. This rate is subject to change at any time.
Our Shipping Policy
We do our best to pack and ship your online orders as quickly as possible, typically within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. Please note some exceptions: We are closed and do not ship on Mondays and Tuesdays; during warmer Arizona months (May through October) we typically only ship Tuesday through Thursday; there may be some delays and exceptions during high volume times like holidays. Please plan your shipping time accordingly.
Light + Bark is not responsible for packages after they have been deemed delivered by the carrier, so please track your packages and be ready to receive them, especially in inclement weather.
Return, Refund + Exchange Policies
Your happiness with our candles is of the utmost importance to us, so if you would like to exchange or return a product in its unused and original, undamaged condition, we are happy to do so within 21 days of purchase. Please email us at hello@lightandbark.com or visit us in-store to request a return or exchange.
If you receive a damaged or defective candle or product, we will happily refund or replace it and cover the cost of replacement shipping. Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of return shipping for products that are not damaged or defective. To report a damaged or defective item, please email hello@lightandbark.com and attach a photo(s) and description of your damaged item(s) for us to review.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return / refund / exchange request, we will process an applicable replacement or refund. Approved refunds will be returned to your original method of payment.
